Currently: Android 16
When Nothing Phone (3a) launched, it shipped with Android 15, but has since been updated to Android 16 (30 Nov 2025). This phone was originally released on 3 / 2025.
Upcoming updates?
Expected: Android 17 and Android 18
Nothing has promised to deliver these major Android versions for Nothing Phone (3a): Android 17 and Android 18.
However, this is only the manufacturer's promise, as far as we know - Nothing might release even further updates to the phone later or might end support earlier on.
