When Sony Xperia 1 IV launched, it shipped with Android 12, but has since been updated to Android 13 (3 Nov 2022). This phone was originally released on 5 / 2022.

Expected: Android 14 and Android 15
Sony has promised to deliver these major Android versions for Sony Xperia 1 IV: Android 14 and Android 15.
However, this is only the manufacturer's promise, as far as we know - Sony might release even further updates to the phone later or might end support earlier on.
