Currently: Android 16
When Xiaomi 15 launched, it shipped with Android 15, but has since been updated to Android 16 (4 Jul 2025). This phone was originally released on 10 / 2024.
Upcoming updates?
Expected: Android 17, Android 18 and Android 19
Xiaomi has promised to deliver these major Android versions for Xiaomi 15: Android 17, Android 18 and Android 19.
However, this is only the manufacturer's promise, as far as we know - Xiaomi might release even further updates to the phone later or might end support earlier on.
