When Xiaomi POCO F4 launched, it shipped with Android 12, but has since been updated to Android 13 (30 Jan 2023). This phone was originally released on 6 / 2022.

Xiaomi has promised that Xiaomi POCO F4 will get Android 14. However, this is only the manufacturer's promise, as far as we know - Xiaomi might release even further updates to the phone later or might end support earlier on.
